We service most of Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County. One delivery and pickup is included if you are within our delivery radius. Orders outside of the green highlighted service area have an additional $25 – $35 delivery fee. Please note, we may not be able to service locations outside of our highlighted service map. We recommend placing your order at least 1 week before you need to start packing. However, depending on availability we can also accommodate orders with shorter notice. Give us a call if you don’t see availability on our booking calendar.
Everyone’s needs are slightly different but in our experience, it takes about 8-10 boxes to pack up a room. All of our packages, except for the studio (20 box) package, includes a combination of medium, large and extra large boxes.
Our moving boxes are larger than your typical cardboard moving box and because they are sturdier, they will hold more.
We try our best to help you choose the right package for your move. However, if you need additional moving boxes or wardrobes, contact us and we will do our best to get you more! For re-deliveries, all box sizes are a flat $4 each with a minimum re-delivery amount of 10 boxes.
We understand that there can be delays in moving or unpacking. You can extend your rental period for an additional week. Rental extension are charged at 50% of the first weeks rate.
You sure can! Call/email us at least a day in advance of when you need some of the boxes picked up and we will get them out of your way. There is an additional pickup fee of $15.
We deliver Monday through Friday with most of our deliveries occurring between 8am – 5pm. We will email you with a 2 hour delivery window at least 24 hours before your delivery. On the day of delivery, the driver will send you a text message ETA update when we are on the way to you. If you will not be available during the delivery window provided, let us know and we can arrange to deliver the boxes without you there.

Medium - 21 x 15 x 12
Large - 27 x 17 x 12
Extra Large 28 x 20 x 15
The wardrobe boxes will hold 2 feet of closet space and measure: 24 x 20 x 48
We disinfect and clean every box after each use. We use Simple Green, an antibiotic and eco-friendly cleaning solution and every month they go through a pressure wash deep cleaning.
Yes. Our boxes are the perfect size to store at home. After you move if you decide you don’t want to unpack a few boxes you can purchase them: $20 for the medium size, $25 for the large, and $30 for XL.
During your pickup, your boxes will be counted along with the dollies and wardrobe boxes. If there are missing items, your card on file will be charged the following incidental fees:
- $30 medium boxes
- $35 large boxes
- $40 extra large boxes
- $90 dollies
- $55 wardrobe boxes
- $1/box for damage caused by permanent labels
- $25 per missed pickup without a requested rental extension
- $4 per box for re-deliveries
- $15 per additional delivery or pickup
- $50 service fee for Los Angeles/Orange County to/from San Diego orders
- Rental extensions are charged at 50% of the first weeks rate.
